Nina Amouris - Director of Design

Nina Amouris is an accomplished design leader with over 28 years of experience in high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial interior design. Born in Greece and raised in a creatively driven family of architects, interior designers, and fine artists, she developed an early understanding of design as both a discipline and a form of storytelling.

She pursued formal studies in the history of architecture and interior design in Montreal, Canada, and began her professional design career while living in Athens, Greece. In 1996, Nina relocated to the United States, where she continued to expand her practice and refine her design vision. She later founded Design Haus, building the firm from the ground up and leading a collaborative team of designers.

Nina’s work is informed by her international background and extensive global travel, allowing her to approach each project with a sophisticated, culturally aware perspective. Her portfolio spans luxury residences, hospitality environments, and commercial spaces, with a focus on creating thoughtful, elevated interiors that align with both client goals and operational needs. Each project is guided by the belief that successful design tells a story—one that feels intentional, refined, and enduring.

Fluent in English, Greek, French, and English, Nina brings a global sensibility to client relationships and enjoys engaging with clients in their native languages whenever possible, enhancing communication and collaboration throughout the design process.
